Patent attorneys and attorneys at law are obliged to maintain a general liability insurance with an insured sum of at least 250,000 €. The exact details result from § 45 PAO i.e. from § 51 BRAO Germany.
All patent attorneys and attorneys at law of Franke & Partner dispose of a general liability insurance with an insured sum of 1,000,000 € per year, per partner, and per insurance case.
